Mel's Sweets & Treats started right at home in Potlatch, Idaho — cake pops, cakesicles, gourmet cookies and specialty royal icing sugar cookies, all made and decorated the slow way, order by order.

What began as baking for friends and family has grown into a small home bakery known for hand-piped detail — birthday cakes, baby shower sets, and dessert tables built entirely around each customer's event.
